This church is located on the road between Ottestad and Stange. It was built in a more modern tradition of the 1700's but out of wood logs which are still visible on the interior. The church holds regular Sunday services and is frequently used for weddings. The cemetery follows the burial practices of other area churches and removes older graves and markers to reuse the plots for contemporary funerals.

According to the Ottesdate Kirke, 250ar book the church was built in 1731 which is a good deal later than some of the other churches of the area. Inside the church was a stone baptismal font that was theoretically made in 1100 in Gudbradsdalen. It is now in Hedmarksmuseet. The altar and pulpit were designed and constructed in 1731 by the brothers Erik (Kolstrup) and Lars Pinnerud (Wallum) who also did the work on the Stange kirke. Various pieces had been created over the years and maintenance occurs on an a periodic basis. The altar was restored in 1961.
