Most of these records are maintained in local archives and were microfilmed by the LDS. We still have an incomplete history of this family and I look forward to information that can complete the lists of the children. The traditional district of Oppland is now named Innlandet  which is oriented around the Gudbrandsdalslagen river drainage area.  It is broken into many municipalities including Nord-Fron, Sør-Fron,  Gausdal, Ringebu, Øyer, and Lillehammer.

Oluf Rygh lists several documents connected to Rossum or Rossim from 1520 to 1723.   Most records seem to be land records written in Icelandic. [Oluf Rygh 2020]
